APA Research Paper: Title Page
It should contain the short title, the full title, the title and number of course, the instructor’s name and the date of submission (all centered). There should also be a page number in lowercase, roman numerals.
APA Research Paper: Abstract Page
It is the second page of your APA research paper. It should be numbered in roman numerals. Note that the following pages should be numbered in arabic numerals.
APA Research Paper: Introduction
It begins on the third page. Start the introduction with retyping your title, this should be centered. Note that you should not type the word Introduction. When you have restated the title leave a double space and start typing the section. This part of your APA research paper should contain of at least four paragraphs.
APA Research Paper: Methods and Results
This section does not require a separate page: you may continue typing on the same page. You just have to leave a double space and define this section by the word Method. The same goes with the Results section: you just type Results instead of Methods.
APA Research Paper: References
This section starts on a new page. You should center the word References. Alphabetize the items by the author’s last name. Follow the author’s name by a comma and the first and middle initials, the latter should be followed by periods.
